Terms and Conditions for Artistic Web Creators

Effective Date: January 08, 2025 Welcome to Artistic Web Creators. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Artistic Web Creators provides a variety of services including but not limited to web design, development, hosting, and digital marketing solutions. The specific features and details of each service will be outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to you.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information during the registration process and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.

5. Revisions Policy

Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges. We encourage open communication to ensure satisfaction with the design process.

6. Refund Policy

Any amount paid for a project are not eligible for a refund after the initial mockup is approved from the Client.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

• You are requested to make a refund request prior to your approval of the website design or logo. After the approval of the website design or logo mockup the recommendation for a refund becomes void and it will not be entertained until we find a significant influence or change in the case.
• Please note you’ll be applicable to pay a 25% service & processing fee with all refund requests.
• If the refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would be eligible for a Full Refund.
• If the request for a refund is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund.
• If the refund request is made between 48- 72 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund.
• No refund request will be entertained after 72 hours of your initial design delivery.
• No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken action on your order for 15 days after placing your order, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a fee depending on your project.
• No refund requests will be entertained after the delivery of the final files.
• No refund will be considered for website packages once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed.
• We do not issue out refunds, if you change your mind about a purchase.
• No refund requests will be entertained for Content Writing Services after approval.

All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design. Therefore, it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results. A 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo or designed website mockup is to be found to be considerably similar to another logo or website mockup design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing structure will be merely a coincidence, and Artistic Web Creators will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case.

• If approved, all purchases above $15,000.00 will be refunded in equal monthly installments of $5000.00.
• There are no refunds on any Search Engine Optimization Packages or Social Media Marketing Packages once the work is initiated.
• The finance department will approve the amount to be refunded after reviewing the whole case within 7-10 business days.
• “If the client remains unresponsive or fails to actively participate in the project for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the project suspended. This would require us to initiate the necessary steps to stop the project and may result in additional reactivation fees.”

No refund request will be entertained for Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, and ADA Compliance

• Use of Collected Data: We will try to resolve your concern under our revision policy immediately or email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by Artistic Web Creators, and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by the Company.

7. Ownership Rights

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the final designs delivered by Artistic Web Creators. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artistic Web Creators is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access our website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other clients or us.

10. Changes to Terms

Artistic Web Creators may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
